This coil is suspended by a double spider for long term durability, and is met with triple aluminum shorting rings surrounding the pole piece at the top of the pole and top plate, which substantially reduces inductance, for natural, distortion free sound in a midrange application. The triple roll cloth surround is attached to a synthetic, long fiber loaded cone for high rigidity. A compact cast aluminum frame keeps the mounting depth to an incredible 4.92\u201d, making the VO-M10 the ideal driver for motorcycle bags, shallow truck boxes, off-road tops and other depth challenged applications.
